美企就特定計(jì)算設(shè)備及其組件提起337調(diào)查申請，華碩、宏碁等為列名被告

據(jù)中國貿(mào)易救濟(jì)信息網(wǎng)消息，12月19日，美國XI Discovery, Inc.根據(jù)《美國1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)提出申請，主張對美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷售的特定使用索引搜索系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算設(shè)備及其組件（Certain Computing Devices Utilizing Indexed Search Systems and Components Thereof）違反了美國337條款。

中國臺(tái)灣地區(qū)ASUSTeK Computer Inc. of Taiwan、美國ASUS Computer International of Fremont,CA、中國臺(tái)灣地區(qū)Acer Inc. of Taiwan、美國Acer America Corporation of San Jose, CA、美國Dell Technologies Inc. Of Round Rock, TX、中國四川Dell (Chengdu) Company Limited of China、美國Dell Products L.P. of Round Rock, TX為列名被告。
